Where the seeing becomes saying. Six modules over eight weeks on boundaries, communication and self-advocacy — how to respond instead of react, how to hold a boundary out loud, and how to ask for what you want without anger or apology.

Making Peace With Your Past
For graduates. Four modules and the in-person intensive camp, spent on the part of the work that comes last: making peace with what happened, so it stops setting the terms of what happens next.
Right for you if you have finished the earlier courses and something is still holding.

A few days off the calendar, in one room, with the same small group. The camp is where the modules stop being reading and start being practice — and where most people say the work finally landed.
